Dr. Fiaschetti brings over 15 years of HR experience as a thought leader and internal and external consultant to many small, mid-, and Fortune 100 companies, across a variety of industries. She has worked inside two automotive companies as an executive coach, assessment and selection manager, and organizational development manager. She has also worked for two major HR consulting firms, providing insights to a variety of client organizations. She is particularly passionate about ensuring people initiatives are strategically integrated into business plans and about emphasizing innovation and creativity in the workplace.
Client, Organization, and Industry Experience
Sandy’s consulting and coaching work spans health care, financial, pharmaceutical, automotive, entertainment, and retail industries in the U.S., Europe, Mexico, and South America. She has worked on numerous assessment and selection systems and talent development programs across the organizational level spectrum, assessing hourly workers and C-suite executives. Sandy has consulted throughout the HR and people life cycle, from creating recruiting systems and employee handbooks to selection and assessment to performance management and coaching, training, reward and recognition programs and outplacement.
Sandy has coached numerous clients including Eli Lilly, Walmart, Bank of New York Mellon, Ford, GM, Chrysler, Infosys, USAA, and several private equity firms.
Most recently, Sandy was the chief people officer of a start-up hybrid electric vehicle company, responsible for all people functions within the organization as a member of the Executive Leadership team. Prior to that, she founded and managed operations for the Detroit office executive assessment center of a major HR consulting firm. In the past, she has held additional leadership positions within a variety of organizations, including serving as President of the Michigan Association of Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and as a volunteer with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program.
