Don’t you wish that you could hire a service to help you grow your idea the right way at the right time in the right direction? Believe it or not, such a service exists and they are thriving!

Meet Doejo, a company-building company. They discover, build, launch and grow ideas and have seen hundreds of projects come to fruition in the past five years.

I had a lightning-round interview with founder Phil Tadros and he gave me all the info on this well-kept secret.

What is Doejo?

Doejo builds companies online and off. We shape teams to scale ideas as partners or as independent entities, using product strategy, design, and user experience.

What was the inspiration?

Naturally problem solving and curating talent to do so.

Why the name?

Dojo in Japanese means “path and place of the way.” Also I just owned the name amongst hundreds of others at the tim. I’m embarrassed to say the number is over 700.

What is your business background?

Hosting keg parties in the woods in high school, working hard at everything from being a poolboy to roofing houses and waiting tables. I opened first coffee house at 19 near the least-traveled train stop in Chicago.

What's next for Doejo?

It's all happening naturally. Better process, fresh clients ideas and partners.

What do you hope comes from your story being shared with our community?

I hope we can help and collaborate on new and exciting campaigns and ventures.
