Forbes Contributor and Advisor Conducting Study on Nourishing Intrapreneurship
By: Administrator 09/20/2013
There are two types of employees: engaged and disengaged. Or so we thought…
Engaged employees are emotionally committed to their work. They complete their jobs successfully and are supportive of their employers. Disengaged employees do little more than necessary and therefore, while maintaining the status quo, don’t help drive the company forward. But even beyond engaged employees, there are the prized, the profitable—the intrapreneurs.
Intrapreneurs go above and beyond. They see a bigger picture, and therefore help drive the company forward with their insights, innovation and desire for improvement. How can we get more of these employees in our companies?
Long-valued MeetAdvisors’ contributor Larry Myler is structuring and administering a study that will take a look at how businesses can help cultivate intrapreneurship within their organizations.
The process is simple:
- Sign a non-disclosure agreement, safeguarding your data
- Send a link to the survey to your employees
- Receive a report and have an opportunity to debrief with the researchers
- See the published overall results and conclusions at the end of the year
The study is open to participation, at no cost, and will provide your company with information and tools to help advance your employees’ potential to become intrapreneurs!
